Cell Phone Plans - Things To Know Before Signing

Cell phones can be very convenient, but before you sign a contract for wireless phone service, be sure to ask a number of questions:

Where can you make and receive calls? Most providers now promote their plans as local, regional or national. A local plan offers a low-cost option if most of your calls are near home. Regional plans generally offer a much larger geographic area, sometimes several states. If you call outside the area covered by these plans, you will pay long distance and roaming charges in addition to the airtime used. National plans are the most expensive, but they let you use your phone anywhere in the country for a single per-minute price. Roaming and long distance charges are replaced by a single, predictable flat rate.

How frequently will you use the phone? If you just want a phone for emergencies, an economy plan with a few minutes a month might be all that you need. On the other hand, if you are going to be a heavy user, a plan with several free hours and the lowest airtime charge is a wiser choice.

Is a family plan option available? Instead of individual cell phone plans for each member of the family, you can share one cellular service plan among several phones. Everyone shares the same pool of monthly minutes, and the monthly cost of additional minutes is usually less than if you purchased individual accounts.

Is the technology digital or analog? Digital service is clearer and more secure than analog, but coverage can be spotty. Analog networks have greater coverage, especially in rural areas. If you want digital service, make sure your cellular company has a "roaming" agreement that lets your phone work on an analog system when you are outside digital range. But beware: roaming can be expensive, and it requires a "dual mode" phone.

Is there a trial period during which you can test the service? Everyone has experienced dead spots where their cell phone doesn't work. A trial period lets you test your service in places where you will be using it--the office, your house, your car, and the roads you travel-so you don't get surprised by these dead spots.

Are there any fees or limits on changing your plan? Some providers charge a fee if you want to downsize or upgrade your plan. Others limit how often you can make changes. Moreover, what happens if you want to cancel your service? Most providers have a penalty, which can be a concern if you have to move out of the area covered by your plan.

Finally, there are 'Pay-As-You-Go Plans.' If you want cell phone service only for emergencies or aren't sure how much you will actually use a cell phone once you get it, you may want to consider a prepaid cell phone before you commit to a long-term wireless contract. With a prepaid cell phone, there is no contract to sign and no monthly bill to worry about. You will know exactly how much you spend. The down side of prepaid plans is that you pay more per minute, and if you don't use the phone for an extended period of time, you could lose the money in your account.

Are You Using The PSP Web Browser Capabilities

You will probably be using your Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) to play all your beloved video games until you are blue in face or bleary in the eyes. It may be used as another avenue to see your favourite music videos. You may even be savvy enough to use it to watch that must see television series that you have recorded to watch during your busy schedule. However, after learning all that, have you also mastered the ability to surf the internet on your Playstation Portable? Did not think so, here is why you should start.

The PSP browser capabilities are not going to be nowhere near as powerful and simple to use as the browsers on your home PC, such as Explorer and Firefox. It will however have no problem in putting your cell phone browser to absolute shame. The PSP browser is truly intended to be a full feature application, meaning that is should show most web pages as they are intended to be seen on your PC, but depending on the coding of the website some may not translate as well and you may need to tinker with these sites.

For anyone that has wireless internet accessibility in their house, will most likely be using a wireless standard of 802.11b or 802.11g, the Sony Playstation Portable utilises the 802.11b to gain access. The console is already preconfigured for this type of use, so all you need to do is enter the network connections of your wireless router. Now you will need to understand the other issues that will get your PSP online.

You may be wondering how you actually use this tiny browser inside your Playstation Portable. Not everyone will understand the finer points of the PSP, so a little tutorial in understanding the internet browser capabilities may be useful. Grab your little piece of electronic heaven in your hands and follow along to learn how to get more from your PSP.

When your first turn on your Playstation Portable you should see a Network logo, in addition to the usual Game, Video, and Music and Photo options. After clicking on the Network option, the PSP automatically boots into the web browser.

The way to enter a website address into your Playstation Portables browser is rather similar to using the keypad on you cellular phone. For instance, the number 3 on your phone corresponds to the letters DEF while one button on your PSP grid will have DEF3. Continue to click until you move down the line of letters and reach the one that your want to use.

The Main buttons to use for navigating a web page are the D-pad and the Square button. The D-pad is used to hover over the page until you find the link your after and the Square button to scroll up and down the page. The Playstation Portable is actually user friendly in that it is not quick to scroll too far since that is a difficult thing to manage at times.

With an option to open up to three separate browser windows at any one time, which can be controlled using the tabs at the top of your browser that allows you to toggle back and forth, enhancing the ease of use of the PSP browser itself. This allow for an easy use of the browser to open different topics at once.

The amazing benefits that the browser and its WiFi capability adds to the Playstation Portable are for those that are looking for an all-in-one entertainment centre for road trips. With the excellent video gaming and viewing capabilities you can entertain yourself for only so long, but with the addition of the internet to log on to in a WiFi friendly hotel, your PSP will offer a totally different entertainment experience.

There are obviously small tricks of the trade that you can learn to make this process a lot quicker and more efficient, but these few tips will help you on your way to mastering your PSP web browser. Take advantage of every use that your PSP offers and use it to the fullest.

How ID Theft Victims Can Repair Their Credit Rating

When credit reporting agencies report detrimental and WRONG things about you, (bankruptcy, arrests, late and non-payment of debts, etc.) it can severely affect your life. You find that you suddenly:

1. Have difficulty renting an apartment and getting a job.
2. Are charged higher interest rates on your credit cards, loans and utilities.
3. Are denied a cell phone contract, financing and loans of all kinds.
4. Are charged higher and/or supplemental security deposits on utilities.
5. Are charged higher insurance rates if you can get insurance at all.
6. Start getting calls from creditors and bill collectors to name just a few.

If you then search for the cause of this sudden down-turn in your life and find that the agencies are reporting inaccuracies about you, you'll want to correct them as soon as possible. A victim of ID theft can request the agencies to block and/or reinvestigate fraudulent items on their account. Contact them at:

Equifax fraud div, 1-888-766-0008, PO Box 740241, Atlanta, GA 30374

Experian fraud, 1-888-EXPERIAN, PO Box 2104, Allen, TX 75013

Trans Union fraud, 1-800-680-7289, PO Box 2000, Chester, PA 19022

TeleCheck Forgery, 1-800-710-9898, PO Box 4451, Houston, TX 77210

The Agency may instruct you to write a letter, use an online form or they may mail a form with your confirmation or file number. Use certified mail, return receipt requested, when you correspond with them.

You will receive one of three responses:

1) Agency notice stating that they are terminating a reinvestigation (of the information you are disputing) because they determined that the dispute is frivolous (or irrelevant) because you failed to provide sufficient information to investigate your claim. They will inform you in writing giving their reasons and identifying any information needed to investigate the claim. You have 30 days to submit further information. To be safe, figure 30 days from the date on their notice. They then have up to 45 days to make a further determination.

2) Agency notice stating that disputed item has been deleted from your file and including a revised copy of your credit report. If requested, they will notify any person you designate who received a report for employment purposes within the last two years, or within the last six months for any other purpose. If you want them to do this, send a letter requesting notifications.

3) Agency notice stating that disputed item has been reinserted into your file because the provider certified the information was complete and accurate. You may have a brief statement of dispute (100 words or less) included in your file. If requested, Agency will provide a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information. Agency will give you the provider's business name, address and telephone number.

You will then have to proceed with creditors directly.

1) At the outset, creditors have no way of knowing if you are truly a victim of ID theft or a customer out to defraud them. You have to help them make that determination. How? Proof. Make your proof substantial, enough to convince the creditor that you are the victim of someone else's fraud and that, if they took their case against you to court, they would lose. Carefully listen when the creditor tells you what documentation they had in order to open the account because those things are what you will have to counteract and refute.

2) When you approach them, understand that they prefer NOT to become the "other" victim of this crime. Clearly, you are not to blame for this problem and it is not your fault, but that's not the point here. The point is that they already view you as an adversary while you need their help and cooperation, their willingness to accept the loss. So you simply cannot afford to antagonize them further. If they choose to, they can throw rocks in your path every step of the way. So talk to them. Call them and ask for their help. Ask them what it is that THEY need from you. Approach them in a calm, unemotional, business-like manner. But don't bury them in form letters and correspondence. Above all, don't throw demands at them, or legalese. And, if they DO let you off the hook, don't expect them to write confirmation letters; do that yourself. In short, do everything you can to take the burden off of them. Make it easy for them to be helpful to you.

Send YouTube Videos to Your Friends From Your Cellphone!

Did you know that it is now possible for you to send YouTube videos to your friends from your cellphone? This is made possible by brand new software that is now available for anyone to own. This new software was designed to overcome the problem of not being able to use YouTube videos in wider applications than just being able to watch them for free online.

Now, you can share YouTube videos without having to just cut and paste the link in an e-mail or something like that. You can send your friends the actual videos, without having to direct them to get online, and you can do it all from your cellphone if you desire!

When you send YouTube videos to your friends from your cellphone now, they can use those videos in a wide array of applications, too--and, like you, they can add them to their own personalized library of YouTube and similar online videos for easier storage, retrieval, and organizing.

It makes perfect sense to be able to download YouTube videos to your cellphone and share them instead of being forced to view them online. After all, they're posted for free and shared for free. So there should be no conflict of interest in being able to download them for free. The advertisements that make the website money are still seen by all who go to YouTube to find videos to view or, now, download to their cellphone or even their computer's desktop.

The designer of this new proprietary software realized one day that there was no way for anyone to use or share YouTube videos because they couldn't be downloaded. The problem lies in the formatting of the videos.

You see, the videos at YouTube and other similar sites like Video Jug are stored there in what's known as "Flash Video Format" (FLV). They aren't AVI or MPEG files, so you can't do anything with them except upload them and watch them. You can't play them in Media Player, you can't embed them in your PowerPoint presentation, you can't use them on your blog or websites or e-newsletters, and on and on.

The new software that's now available converts YouTube videos into formats that CAN be used in these and other applications.

But now, you can download YouTube videos to be shared with your friends right from your cellphone. The new software converts these videos to AVI, WMV, MPEG, MP4, MOV, and 3GP video formats, for easy playback on your iPod, MP3 player, computer, or DVD player.

What's more, now you can: extract the soundtrack from the video to an MP3 file; embed the videos in a PowerPoint presentation; and import the videos to your iPod, Zune, Sony PSP, and any other portable media player.

This software's benefits are not limited just to YouTube, either. Google Video, Metacafe, Video Jug, MySpaceTV, and other similar sites can now have their freely shared videos downloaded and converted for your use as well.

This software is 100% free of any spyware or viruses, and has been certified as such by Softpedia.com.

Check into this software and begin enjoying the new world of being able to send YouTube videos to your friends from your cellphone. They and you can use them for work, education, business, or pleasure. This is a new world of endless possibilities.

Rebuilding Your Spouses Trust After You've Had An Affair

#1 Stop lying. If you love the other man/woman, admit it; if you're not sure you want to remain in the marriage, say so; if the victim spouse presents evidence of the affair, own up to it. You need to understand that the worse thing that could happen has already occurred...you slept with someone else.

Therefore, continuing to lie, twist, or deny is simply adding insult to injury. If you are looking your spouse in the eye and claiming to want the marriage to work then you cannot continue to lie about various odds and ends. You have been lying to your spouse for the entire duration of the affair, therefore, if you continue to lie now, it sets the reconciliation process waaaay back. The victim spouse likely knows the answers to the questions they are asking, or can usually find out, so if you are interested in rebuilding trust in the relationship, simply STOP LYING.

#2 Do not get defensive or assign blame. This is not the time to employ the old adage of "the best defense is a good offense." This is the time to be contrite, remorseful, empathetic, compassionate, honest, and emotionally available. Do not say anything at this point which will give the impression that the victim spouse drove you to cheat, or in any way contributed to your behavior.

There will be plenty of time to pass the blame around later on during counseling sessions, or during times of productive conversation with your mate. Additionally, do not waste time blaming the affair on anyone or anything else. Do not point the finger toward temptation, being under the influence, or falling prey to a stalker.

The victim spouse will see right through these excuses and will view this as another attempt to keep them in the dark while you continue playing them for a fool. The best way to effectively deal with your spouses anger, and start the process of rebuilding trust, is to take complete and full ownership of your selfishness, immaturity, or basic destructive marital behavior.

#3 Cut any and all possible ties with the other man/woman. Keeping a person in your life with whom you have had an affair is like trying to put toothpaste back into the tube. Not only is this a confusing message to the other person, it is extremely disrespectful to your spouse. It does not matter if you have known this other man/woman since kindergarten, it is time to break those ties. Once you have allowed another individual to permeate or undermine your marital union, there is no place for this person in your life.

You simply cannot expect your victim spouse to move past the affair as long as you continue communicating with, seeing, or having any type of relationship with this other man/woman. It is in fact an insult to the intelligence of your current spouse for you to purport that you can maintain a professional, platonic, or otherwise innocent relationship with this destructive individual. Furthermore, because this person had an affair with a married man/woman, your current spouse knows they have absolutely no respect for your marriage.

Continuing to work with, hang out with, email or chat with this person is probably the single worse possible thing to do if you are wanting to repair your marriage. This is the time to figure out which relationship is the most important to you, either your marriage or the relationship with the other man/woman, and behave accordingly. You simply cannot drive in two lanes at once.

#4 Your life must be an open book. You no longer have the luxury of coming and going as you please. Once you have abused that privilege, it takes a while to get it back. Therefore, if you will be late coming home from work, or have had a change in plans, inform your spouse. Every time you leave the house your spouse is now wondering if you are going where you say you are going. The best way to ease their insecurities is to check in throughout the day.

Invite your spouse places you usually go alone like to the game, the gym or the mall. Let your spouse know that you have nothing to hide. Additionally, do not hide your cell phone or set the ringer on silent. If your spouse requests, give them your email and voicemail pass codes. In fact, if you have nothing to hide then offer your spouse the codes without them having to ask. Don't lock your cell phone, call log or address book, and keep the credit card statement in plain view on the kitchen table.

Although your spouse may never choose to check these things, the simple fact that you made them available for his/her perusal will be a huge step in regaining their trust. Although you may feel as though this is a violation of your privacy, you need to know that these steps are absolutely necessary if you are trying to rebuild trust. Saying that you are on the straight and narrow, while continuing to hide your cell phone is counterproductive to your stated goal of wanting to rebuild your marriage.

#5 Be prepared to answer any and all questions about information that your spouse has a legitimate right to know. Your spouse is going to want lots of details and ask questions about things you may not want to answer, but too bad. Your spouse is going to cross reference your prior stories and ask you to confirm if "this" or "that" was a lie. You simply need to fess up. The worse thing you can do is to conceal information because you don't want to hurt your spouse.

Remember, they have already been hurt beyond belief, so continuing to withhold additional information gives the appearance of an attempt to continue the deception. No, your spouse does not need to know the exact places, times, and positions in which you were intimate with the other man/woman, but they do need to get a general understanding of how intense the relationship was, and how long it lasted. Although this may be one of the most difficult steps in the process, it is one of the most important.

It is extremely difficult for a betrayed spouse to know that there is another man/woman in the world who has more information about their marriage then themselves. Therefore, asking multiple questions helps the betrayed spouse get up to speed, thus obtaining necessary information to deal with feelings of being in the dark while their spouse was gallivanting around with their lover.

#6 Do not attempt to dictate the length of time the victim spouses recovery should take. You are the one who brought the outsider into the marriage, and therefore, are in no position to dictate when the victim spouse should be "over it". The truth of the matter is, the victim spouse will never fully be "over it", but may simply learn how to mentally move past the affair. When a person is hurting, they typically share their pain with the closest person to them. As their spouse, you are the one they will vent to, even though it is you that caused the pain.

Additionally, you may feel as though since you've confessed, apologized and vowed to remain faithful, things should now return to normal. That is simply not the case. One of the worse things that can happen is for the adulterous spouse to begin acting as though it's "business as usual". Deciding to remain in a relationship after your spouse has cheated is a major decision and one which can be both humiliating and stressful. Do not downplay the magnitude of that decision by behaving as though nothing happened two weeks after getting caught cheating. FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS, the adulterous spouse needs to periodically wrap their arms around their mate, kiss them, and thank them for another chance.

Also, acknowledge how much you hurt your spouse, how difficult it must be for them to get over the pain, and vow to do whatever necessary to make things better...forever. Although it may seem as though such actions will revive the pain, that is simply not the case. Acknowledging the degree of pain you put your spouse through, and expressing appreciation for another chance, gives the victim spouse the impression that you not only are mindful of their pain, but that as long as you are aware of their struggle to overcome the ordeal, you will be less likely to make such choices in the future.

#7 Do not behave inappropriately or create future problems. Don't put yourself in situations which will cause your victim spouse undue stress. Spending time with attractive, available singles, or forming relationships which could take focus away from your marriage or family commitments, is certainly not wise. Once you've rebuilt trust in your marriage, then it is okay to revisit these outside relationships. But for the time being, try to stay away from the bachelor parties, solo trips to Vegas, or nights out with the girls.

Additionally, make your spouse aware when you anticipate coming into contact with the other man/woman. If you suspect the other man/woman might be at the holiday party, let your spouse know in advance. Also, if you run into, or have contact with, the other man/woman unexpectedly, let your spouse know as soon as possible.

Nothing is worse than finding a recent email from the other man/woman that the victim spouse did not know about. It gives the impression of further secrecy and deception. Trust me, it won't hurt your spouse to know the other man/woman is contacting you, as much as it will hurt them to discover you hid that information. Believe me, during this time of broken trust, full disclosure is always the best route.

Disassembling and Repairing Mobile Phones

A mobile phone is a very complex piece of equipment. However, like most modern electronic equipment cellular telephones are designed in a modular fashion so that they are easy to assemble and relatively easy to repair.

Given this, it's actually possible, with a few simple tools, to disassemble most mobile phones and to perform some simple repairs at home. With experience you can even buy a number of broken mobile phones from auction sites and swap to components in them to make a functioning telephone out of a number of broken ones.

It's actually surprising how simple this is. For most modern mobile telephones you will need a few items of equipment to be able to get inside them, but what you need is cheap and easily obtainable. These include: an anti-static writs strap, a pair of tweezers, a small flat-head screwdrivers, a small Phillips (cross-head) screwdriver, and a range of Torx (six-star) screwdrivers (usually T4, T5 and T6). In addition you may need a flat blade such as a craft knife (to prise away some glued components) and something for opening the case. You can use a purpose-designed plastic tool or even something like an old SIM card.

For most broken phones it's pretty obvious what's wrong with the telephone itself. Typically this includes cracked cases, broken keypads, damaged batteries and broken screens. All these items are easy to obtain for most phones and hey are also designed in a modular fashion so that they can be swapped in and out.

Of course, you will need some kind of guide as to how to disassemble your phone (it's easier to put the phone back if you have one as you can refer to a diagram for the re-assembly). Of course, if you don't have a disassembly guide and you do have a digital camera then you can use this to document the disassembly process and each component you remove from your phone and each wire you unclip. Also make certain you have a plan of the phone and place each component on this as you remove it. This way you will not confuse any screws or the order in which the components were removed (thus the order in which they should be placed back). Of course, if you do perform a dismantling of your mobile phone in this way then you can publish your process on the web.

Please note, that if you perform any kind of home dismantling on a mobile phone still under warranty you will almost certainly invalidate the warranty. Only attempt to dismantle a mobile phone if you know what you are doing, or are not afraid of running the risk of damaging the telephone. Of course, if you attempt this process on a broken telephone you will not damage it and you may well find out how to fix it and get it working again.

Top 7 Items to Pack When Traveling on Business

Traveling on business is made much simpler when you know which top seven items to pack. You'll want to consider what you need on a daily basis. You'll also want to pack items for those hours or days when you're not involved in business meetings and have free time to shop or explore the area.

Here are the top seven items to pack

1. Female travelers most likely will need to pack for three types of situations: business meetings, formal dinners, and time off. You will need to pack business suits or business casual attire, a dress for evening dinners, and casual clothes to wear during your time off or while walking through the hotel or resort.

Male travelers will need to pack a business suit and enough laundered shirts and ties as required for the length of the business trip and business meetings. Business casual or casual clothes may be packed for leisure time when not attending business functions.

One packing tip that will save you a lot of time and advanced planning is to pack two skirts or two pair of slacks in a solid color. Then pack multiple blouses or shirts that will work well with the slacks or skirts that you've decided to take along. By planning your wardrobe this way, you will be able to create multiple combinations of outfits that don't take up very much room in your luggage.

2. Both men and women will need to pack at least one additional pair of shoes, and possibly sandals if traveling to a business meeting in a warm climate.

3. To avoid having to iron all of your clothes before your business meetings, either pack your clothes between layers of tissue paper or filmy laundry bags. This will eliminate most of the wrinkles that will appear in your clothes. If you have sufficient time once you arrive at your destination before your first business meeting, you can shop for a spray-on wrinkle remover product. The way it works is that you spray it on your clothes the night before and hang your garment on a hanger overnight. In the morning, 99 percent of the wrinkles will be gone.

4. Unless you're required to bring your laptop computer to business meetings, it is best to leave it at home. If you own a cell phone such as an iPhone, Blackberry, or Android, you will be able to check your e-mail through the device. Your phone will allow you to stay current with most of your correspondence until you return back home. Some hotels do provide computers that you may use free of charge or for a small fee while you're staying at their facility. Check this out with a quick phone call before you leave for your trip.

5. Be sure to pack your toiletry items in a plastic freezer-type zipped bag so you don't have to worry about anything spilling on your belongings inside your luggage. Try not to take along the original containers. Most discount stores have plastic leak proof bottles and jars that will allow you to take along just enough shampoo or other items to last for a week.

6. You might also wish to pack duct tape, which is a great inexpensive resource for making all sorts of repairs, and it doubles as a lint brush to keep those business garments looking fresh and clean.

7. Finally, besides remembering to bring along your phone and camera charging cords, you also should plan to pack a small spiral notebook. Inside its pages, print out or enter important information, phone numbers, passwords, contact numbers, and names, in case for some reason you lose your cell phone. There's nothing more maddening than not having access to your own private information.

How to Fix a Marriage After Cheating

I have a small blog on which I share how I was able to move past my husband's affair and salvage our marriage.  Probably the most common comments and questions I get have to do with fixing, saving, or rescuing the marriage and the trust following infidelity and cheating.  In my experience, it's more common than you might think that both parties want to remain married, but often neither is sure how to heal the pain and restore the trust and intimacy.  Although the best way to do this will vary from couple to couple, I believe there are several universal things, that, in most marriages, need to occur to be able to truly move on with your whole heart.  I will discuss these things, from the perspective of both the person who cheated, and the person who was cheated on, in this article.

Accountability And Responsibility Are Vital: I can not tell you how many times I see spouses who were cheated on who are willing to take on at least some of the blame for the cheating in order to save the marriage.  I often hear comments like "well, I didn't show him enough attention," or "I didn't make time for him."  These things may well be true.  However, it's very important that it's understood that only one person chose to have an affair and that the responsibility for this decision only lies with that person.  Because if the person who was cheated on takes on the blame, they will often deep down very much resent it and this will manifest itself in very negative and sabotaging ways that becomes a very negative cycle that's difficult to stop.

So, to avoid all of this from the beginning, it's vital that the spouse who cheated takes responsibility, but that the spouse who was cheated on makes a mental note of any contributing factors for future fixing and reference.

It's also perfectly normal that the person who was cheated on will be unsure if they can trust their spouse.  They will want to know where they are or who they are with, but they often feel quite guilty about this for whatever reason.  The best way to circumvent this is for the cheating spouse to offer up their email passwords and their cell phone without being asked.  Many people resent this or balk at this, but I find that, even if these things are never used or the other partner never even checks them, these gestures go a long way toward showing your partner that you have nothing to hide and are trustworthy.

It's Important That Both Parties Be Honest About What They Want:  One of the biggest problems in marriages after the fall out of an affair is that both parties are more worried about how they are being perceived by the other than about communicating honestly.  The cheating spouse is usually afraid that they will look like a pushy creep if they try to initiate affection, while the cheated on spouse will deep down want this affection and reassurance, but is afraid of looking needy or weak if they ask for it.

These mixed signals can cause awkwardness and a feeling of things just not being right or there being too much tension.  It's important that you tell your spouse how you really feel and what you really want.  I often find that, deep down, people really do want to restore closeness and trust, but there are so afraid that their spouse doesn't feel the same way and they are terrified of rejection.

Another thing that I find a lot is that the partner who was cheated on will often worry incessantly about what other people think.  I often hear "I really do want to save my marriage, but I'm afraid I'll look like a pushover or like I don't have a backbone."  I used to worry about what my girlfriends thought, so much so that I eventually refused to talk about it.  But, here's the thing. Your marriage is no ones business but your own.  And your girlfriends or your mother are not going to be there for you in your home on most occasions and likely aren't raising your children with your or growing old with you, but your husband is.  Only worry about the two people involved and don't worry about what others think.

Restoring Self Worth: The final thing that I want to talk about is the hit that your self confidence often takes after an affair. You may feel like a victim or the walking wounded.  You may feel unattractive, unsure of yourself, and stuck.  It's often so easy to get "caught up" in the negative thinking that can do hand in hand with an affair.  It's important that you take a break from the "us" every now and again and focus on the "you."  Do the things you've always wanted to do but were afraid or hesitant.  Address those things that have always made you unsure.  I honestly did not believe my husband could still find me attractive until I started to believe this about myself.

Understand That This Can Be A New Beginning Rather Than The End: I can not tell you how many people tell me that their marriages are solid or even better after an affair.  It's not at all uncommon.  Affairs often bring light to the things you've been long neglected.  Often, a new urgency emerges and both parties no longer take one another for granted.  The truth is, you don't have to take an affair lying down or see it as a death sentence to your marriage. If you use it as wake up call, it can propel you, and your marriage, forward.

Microsoft Project Manager - The Value of Organization

As one looks around during the day we are all confronted with varied degrees of organization. We wake up in the morning and choose from a selection of cloths that may be organized by clothing type like pants, shirts etc. After we finish getting dressed in the morning we may get something to eat from the pantry that is organized by canned foods, cereals or snacks. We open the refrigerator and choose from foods that are grouped by drinks, vegetables, meats, dairy and fruit.

After breakfast is finished the next phase of the day starts with going to work. At work we start a series of activities that are designed to complete some type of task, build something, manage a process or orchestrate some type of business flow. A business tool that can help us organize any number of issue and processes at the office is the Hosted MS Project. This software allows its user to succinctly manage, organize and plan a business project from start to finish.

Many project managers quickly realize that there can be numerous documents and contacts to track and archive. Without the proper organization system, important material can be lost, financial documents can be misplaced and team assignment information could disappear. This could all lead to misappropriation of funds, delays in project completion and loss of production tracking for a projects sub tasks. There is a solution that assists with the organization and tracking of these types of things. It is called SharePoint MPP. This application helps track your business documentation, staffing and centralizes your internet and intranet links.

A final tool that can complete your business organizational needs is the MS CRM hosting system or the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management software. Successful Tips For Buying A Second Hand Cell Phone

If you have plenty of extra money in your pocket, you can buy anything you like. However, it's wise to know that so many brand new cell phones or hardly used phones are cheaply thrown out or stolen and resold to a second hand store. Sometimes you should know that buying a second hand cell phone will save you a lot of money. Needless to say, there are some seemingly authentic dealers who turn out to be quite dishonest both about the age, the origin and the condition of the phone. Just to help everyone, here is a handy list of items to check when buying a second hand phone.

Firstly, check IMEI. The IMEI is a code that identifies each phone. No two phones have the same number and manufacturers use this number to verify stolen phones and the amount of warranty that your phone has. Check that the IMEI number on the phone corresponds to the number on the box and receipts. If the numbers differ, there could be several reasons. The first is that the phone is a stolen one or the phone had been sent for servicing and had the main board replaced. Both situations are warning signs of a problematic phone.

Secondly, examine the original receipt. Get a receipt from the seller. If it comes from a reputable retail outlet, then you do not have to worry much. The receipt will be able to tell you when the phone is bought and how much warranty is left. Phones usually have only 1 year warranty. However if you see a receipt that is of dubious origin, be very wary. The receipt might be faked to make the phone look younger than it actually is. It might even be from a second hand dealer trying to sell off the phone again.

Closely inspect the exterior. This step is rather simple and should give you an idea of how old the phone is. Wear and tear will occur. Usually this means the buttons' paint will peel off. For PDA phones, the paint near the Stylus slot will also peel off. Ensure that the condition is what you expect to pay for. Ratings by sellers are very subjective therefore when no photos are uploaded, buy only when satisfied of the condition.

Test the keypad. Press all the buttons many times. Phones should be able to withstand multiple presses without giving away.

Do a detailed check of the functions. After you are done with the exterior, it is time to check the phone itself. Try every function that the phone has. A laptop or another phone will come in handy at this time.

Is there scratches on the display? Check the LCD display. Dead pixels are rare in phones unlike LCD monitors. But for phones, try to see if there are scratches on the screen. Scratches are expensive to repair and most people should buy a lcd screen protector to ensure the high resale value of their phone.

Check moving parts. Some phones have sliders, flippers. Try them to test if they are flimsy. Moving parts tend to be easily damaged by drops and frequent use.

How long is battery life? Batteries drop in performance as they age. However even a second hand phone should not use more than 10% of its battery in the time you are testing. This point is hard to check and the best solution is to get a personal warranty from the seller so that you can test the battery life later.

One last thing. Is there a Warranty? Get the warranty card. See if it has been sent in. Some manufacturers will not honor their warranty if the card has not been sent in within a few days of purchase. Some brands will also have their users register their warranty online. Prior to meeting the seller, get the IMEI number and do a warranty check online. Also ask the seller for a 7 days personal warranty so that you have time to interact and ensure that the phone is in working condition.

This is unlikely to be an exhaustive list of what to check when buying a second hand phone. However, you stick to the tips above, it is difficult to get ripped off.

Find Who's Calling You Using A Reverse Cell Phone Directory

There are times when you might be in a situation where you are getting calls from numbers that you don't recognize and they could be prank calls or even legitimate calls. You have spent probably sleepless nights trying to figure out who the callers really are. Right now you need to desperately get some answers but the question is how? Well! There is always a way and you will find your way by using a reverse cell phone directory.

A couple of years back this would have been a certain impossibility after all, cell phone numbers are not listed in the traditional phone directories and even on yellow pages and finding a name using a number can be quite a cumbersome process. Today, reverse cell phone directory present an easy way to find out who your secret admirer really is. And not only the name, you will also be able to find other basic information like the street address, the locality or neighborhood, the previous address and certain other important information. Hence, the reverse cell phone directory is a useful method of getting to know the person behind those calls in the middle of the night.

If you are thinking what it will take to look-up a reverse cell phone directory then the answer is not much. You have two choices: search through a free or paid reverse cell phone directory. The only problem with searching a free reverse cell phone directory is that you might not be able to search using cell phone numbers and sometimes even if you are able to search cell phone numbers, you might get access to limited information. In such a case, using a free reverse cell phone directory will be a waste of time and energy. So the only option you have is a membership based reverse cell phone directory search.

Once you become a member of a reputable reverse cell phone directory, you can begin your search by providing the area code and follow it up with the seven-digit phone number. Once you have provided this vital information, it will take a couple of seconds for the directories to provide you with all the necessary information regarding the mysterious caller(s). The good thing is that you don't have to actually call back those numbers and your caller will never know how you really found the information. It is a safe and secure way of tracking people who have this habit of calling other people in the middle of the night.

Teaching a Teen About Credit #5 - Teaching a Budget to Everyone

Parents, who want to teach their teens the importance and advantages of a budget, may want to make sure they are sticking to one as well. The fact is that many people no matter how old you are, struggle to pay their bills on time, not because they do not make enough money but because they do not understand the rules and system of a budget. The basics are simple; you don't spend money where you don't have to. But that does not mean turn off the electric and live in poverty. It also does not mean that saving $500 on a plasma television is good; rather do not buy the television all together and save all your money.

As you plan and go through your expenses for each month you need to assemble a pile of bills, each pile covers three different types; your bills that can be canceled or changed by a phone call like television, internet, cell phone, car and health insurance. Next would be your expenses like credit cards, car and home loans, and finally the utilities or things you have to pay every month based on how much you use them. For this group you simply need to find creative ways to use less and you will save money. For the ones like cell phone and internet, you need to look at the big picture; do you know what you are paying for? Call the provider and see what else they can offer you and then call their competitors and see what you get can get from them. Finally you get to your loans, these can be changed, but not without a good credit score. What a good score can do is lower interest rates and fiancé charges, saving you thousands of dollars a year.

If you have a low score and want to fix it fast you can look into credit repair. The process of credit repair is so effective it can fix any score even if it was lowered by things like; identity theft, repossession, missed payments, bankruptcy, foreclosure, law suits and anything else.

A DIY Guide for Cell Phone Repair

Are you interested in a DIY guide for cell phone repair? Many people want to know how to fix any problems they have with their cell phone without having to send it to their service provider and pay a fee, many times hefty fee. However, cell phone repair does not have to be that difficult and it is something you can do on your own if you just have some supplies and a little know how. An ultrasonic cleaner may prove helpful if you are trying to clean your cell phone or at least clean the parts that are dirty and that may be submerged in water. Ultrasonic cleaners work by creating lots of small bubbles that collapse and form quickly to scrub all the places on your cell phone that you couldn't possibly clean yourself. All the little edges and parts that can't be cleaned by hand can be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner!

Of course, you may be interested in repairing a broken antenna, faceplate, screen, keys, or any other number of things. If this is the case then you need to evaluate the problem and see how much the replacement parts will cost you. In many cases you can find generic replacement parts that will work perfectly with your cell phone and also save you a lot of money. If the parts cost more than replacing the phone with a new cell phone then there really is no point in repairing the phone yourself. Only when you can repair your phone for significantly cheaper than you can replace it should you give it a try.

Now, if you need a new antenna because yours broke or it doesn't' work simply look for a replacement antenna on the Internet. Auction sites like eBay are great places to find these parts for cheap. Many times they will also include instructions on how to install the replacement piece. If you don't have directions just search the web and you will find the directions you need. There are plenty of other parts available for your cell phone and you just need to search for the piece you need. Make sure you search for replacement parts that are compatible with the make and model of phone you have. Otherwise you may buy a part that doesn't work and that won't work at all. Once you have the replacement parts and the instructions then you are ready to start repairing your very own cell phone. Good luck!
